Ranna joined the company in 2005 as Human Resources Manager, with prior experience at Hagemeyer and FedEx. Progressing to General Manager in 2015, Ranna champions diversity and talent development within FPA and leads our national Gender Equity Council.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony has over 20 years’ experience in the property and finance industries. After beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he progressed to senior finance roles at John Swire and Sons and Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong. Anthony joined Frasers Property in 2005, initially as General Manager, Finance and General Manager Operations in the Residential Division, advancing to Executive General Manager, Residential in July 2015 and Chief Financial Officer in 2019. Anthony represents Frasers Property on the Residential Development Council of the Property Council of Australia.
Senior Development Manager - Retail
Mark Cleveland has over 15 years experience in the property industry, including the last eight years across various roles at Australand and Frasers Property Australia. Prior to Frasers Property, Mark spent five years in retail development in London before returning to Australia at Lend Lease. Mark is currently managing the development of greenfields Eastern Creek Quarter, an innovative project including the first bulky goods shopping precinct with the Frasers Property portfolio.
Development Director - Built Form
Theo is an experienced property professional with over two decades’ experience in property acquisition and delivery roles. Theo has a passion for integrated housing, mixed-use and apartment development, and joined Frasers Property in 2016 from prior roles at Cedar Woods, Places Victoria and Devine.
General Manager Residential NSW
Nigel has over 30 years’ experience in the property development and residential housing industry. He joined Australand (now Frasers Property Australia) as State Housing Manager in 2000. Prior to this, Nigel held a variety of Regional and General Management roles at AV Jennings from 1983 to 2000. Nigel is responsible for a diverse development portfolio throughout Sydney and the Illawarra with a total yield at project completion over 9,000 dwellings. Nigel currently chairs the Residential Committee of the Property Council (PCA) in NSW and is on the NSW Division Council for the PCA and was a Councillor on the UDIA QLD.
Project Manager, Real Utilities
With over five years of industry experience, Charlie manages delivery of Real Utilities commitments ensuring lower cost, and carbon neutral energy is available for residents and businesses within Frasers Property developments. Charlie is a passionate advocate for development of renewable energy solutions speeding the transition to a renewable future and, making it easy for consumers to reduce their energy consumption and costs.
Innovation Manager
Olivia works across the Corporate and Investment Property teams. She champions carbon neutral and staff engagement initiatives. Olivia is passionate about empowering people to support change for the better, at scale. She believes in integrated solutions which help people live healthy, connected lives while protecting our natural ecosystems and avoiding climate change. Olivia has a Bachelor of Science (Biology & Environmental Earth Science) from Macquarie University.
Executive General Manager, Residential
With more than 20 years’ experience in residential property, Cameron is responsible for our national portfolio of residential land, housing and apartment communities. With prior roles at Macquarie Bank in Australia and the USA, Cameron joined Frasers Property in 2010 aand was appointed General Manager, Residential Queensland in 2013, and becoming Executive General Manager, Residential in 2019. Cameron holds a Masters in Commerce majoring in finance, is a trained and registered valuer and current member of the Property Council of Australia's Residential Development Council.
Sustainability Manager
Rory is a registered Architect, holds both an Honours Bachelor of Architecture and Masters in Environmental Design and has 10 years experience in design, development and sustainability roles in Canada, the UK, Vietnam and Australia. Rory leads sustainability for our residential business and is passionate about creating communities where people thrive and sustainability is somply a by-product of great design and quality execution.
Community Development Manager
Karen has over 15 years in community development experience with Lend Lease and Frasers Property Australia in Victoria. Karen’s experience includes the planning and delivery of community infrastructure, facilitating place making initiatives and community engagement activities in partnership with various stakeholders.
