Stage 1 Civil Works: Works commenced in January 2021 and is now complete. The stage 1 civil works include:

  • Site-preparation.
  • Bulk excavation of the roadways.
  • Bulk excavation of the basement for the first residential building MAC Residences.
  • Bulk excavation of the basement for the Midtown by the Park precinct, including Soul Residences.
  • Installation of services (High and low voltage electrical wiring, sewer, water, stormwater and communications).
  • Construction of the first new roadways.
  • Installation of public domain landscaping.
  •  

Stage 1 Construction: Commenced in September 2021 and is on track for completion in Q1, 2024. Stage 1 construction includes:

  • Construction of our first residential building MAC Residences - 269 market apartments over 24 stories with ground floor childcare centre and three levels of the basement.
  • Construction of the Midtown by the Park precinct - 103 market apartments, 4 market terraces, 130 affordable apartments, 259 community housing apartments, and three levels of basement.

Stage 2 Civil Works: Works commenced in July 2022 and is due to complete in Q4 2023. The stage 2 civil works include:

  • Site-preparation.
  • Bulk excavation and construction of the roadways.
  • Installation of services (High and low voltage electrical wiring, sewer, water, stormwater and communications).
  • Construction of the Shrimpton's Creek crossing bridge.
  • Installation of public domain landscaping.

Stage 2 Construction: Development Approval has now been received and construction is anticipated to commerce in 2024. Stage 2 construction includes:

  • Treehouse Apartments - Construction of 162 market apartments over 16 stories with ground floor retail and three levels of the basement. Completion scheduled for 2025.
  • Central Village Green and Community facilities – Construction of a 3,300 sqm park with children’s playground, pool and gym facility, 700 sqm of community facilities with an indigenous community garden. Completion scheduled for Q1 2025.
  • Future residential market and community housing apartments scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.

Stage 3 forecast completion Q2 2027

  • Residential apartments.
  • Shrimpton's creek rehabilitation.
  • Part Endangered Ecological rehabilitation.

Stage 4 forecast completion Q3 2028

  • Residential apartments.
  • Forest playground.
  • Part Endangered Ecological rehabilitation.

Stage 5 forecast completion Q1 2029

  • Residential apartments.
  • Part Endangered Ecological rehabilitation.

Stage 6 forecast completion Q2 2030

  • Residential apartments.
  • Part Endangered Ecological rehabilitation.

Stage 7 forecast completion Q4 2030

  • Residential apartments.
  • Part Endangered Ecological rehabilitation.
