Mark Cleveland has over 15 years experience in the property industry, including the last eight years across various roles at Australand and Frasers Property Australia. Prior to Frasers Property, Mark spent five years in retail development in London before returning to Australia at Lend Lease. Mark is currently managing the development of greenfields Eastern Creek Quarter, an innovative project including the first bulky goods shopping precinct with the Frasers Property portfolio.

General Manager - Real Utilities
Paolo Bevilacqua has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector and is one of the country’s leading sustainability professionals. Paolo manages Real Utilities, our recently established authorised energy retailer and utilities business. Prior to joining Frasers Property Australia in 2011, Paolo spent nine years at Lendlease in a range of sustainability roles. Paolo is Chair of the Living Future Institute of Australia, and was appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Living Future Institute in 2019. He also represents Frasers Property Australia on the Property Council of Australia’s National Sustainability Roundtable.
General Manager - Retail Development
Joanna holds a BSc. (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading 1998 and is a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. She has extensive experience in managing the leasing and development function for Coles, where she was responsible for over 250 stores and for the delivery of new store pipeline. She has managed several high profile retail acquisitions and many commercial projects, including the development of Port Macquarie Shopping Centre which received the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Retail Development.
Living Building Challenge Manager
Stephen Choi holds Masters degrees in both architecture and sustainability. He concurrently acts as Frasers Property Australia's Living Building Challenge Manager and the Living Future Institute of Australia's Executive Director. Stephen has unique experience in both single buildings and environmentally-driven masterplanning, with several of his projects achieving industry recognition for progressing green building. His work has included the development of environmental assessment methods, ultra-low consumption retrofits and writing sustainable development into educational curriculum.
