The Property Council's Innovation and Excellence Awards promote and celebrate innovation and leading practice within the property development and investment industry. On Saturday 18 May 2013, the industry gathered in Sydney to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements of Australia's top developments, projects and professionals.

The UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) has developed the Awards for Excellence Programme in order to recognise excellence and innovation in the urban development industry. The programme is one of Australia's most respected and valued, and the prestigious awards are highly sought-after.
