General Manager People and Culture
Ranna joined the company in 2005 as Human Resources Manager, with prior experience at Hagemeyer and FedEx. Progressing to General Manager People & Culture in 2015, Ranna champions diversity and talent development within Frasers Property Australia and leads our national Diversity & Inclusion Council.
General Manager Real Utilities
Paolo Bevilacqua has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector and is one of the country’s leading sustainability professionals. Paolo manages Real Utilities, our recently established authorised energy retailer and utilities business. Prior to joining Frasers Property Australia in 2011, Paolo spent nine years at Lendlease in a range of sustainability roles. Paolo was appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Living Future Institute in 2019. He also represents Frasers Property Australia on the Property Council of Australia’s National Sustainability Roundtable.
Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years’ experience in the property and finance industries and a strong business acumen, Anthony oversees the development of mixed use, commercial and retail together with residential land, housing and apartments. Anthony is also responsible for Frasers Property's investment property portfolio management, as well as the sustainability focused energy retailer, Real Utilities. As a leading Australian property professional, Anthony represents Frasers Property on the Property Council of Australia’s Corporate Leaders Group and Male Champions of Change.
Executive General Manager Investment & Capital Transactions
With over 20 years’ experience in property capital markets covering all asset classes, he is currently responsible for the group’s investment portfolio, mixed use development and third party capital management across Frasers Property’s core business activities. Mark's previous experience has included corporate transactions both locally and offshore, funds management and financial reporting.
Chief Financial Officer
Anita joined Frasers Property Australia in October 2020. With vast international experience in key roles within large ASX-listed and foreign-owned entities, Ms Hoskins has previously held high-profile leadership positions with Carnival Australia, part of Carnival Corporation & plc, Broadspectrum, Brookfield Multiplex, and EY.
Executive General Manager Development
With more than 20 years’ experience in property, Cameron is responsible for Frasers Property Australia's national development portfolio of land, housing, apartment, mixed use communities. With prior roles at Macquarie Bank in Australia and the USA, Cameron joined Frasers Property in 2010 and was appointed General Manager, Residential Queensland in 2013, becoming Executive General Manager Development in 2019. Cameron holds a Masters in Commerce majoring in finance, is a trained and registered valuer and current member of the Property Council of Australia’s Residential Development Council.
General Manager IT & Digital
Sumeer is General Manager, IT & Digital. Sumeer has over 20 years’ experience in technology solutions, software services, financial services and property. Sumeer joined Frasers Property Australia in 2007 and leads the IT and Digital operations across the company’s operations in Australia, bringing his strong commercial acumen and collaborative leadership approach to deliver business and technology outcomes that enhance customer and employee experience.
General Manager Delivery & Operations
With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Nicholle has a strong track record leading and managing high performing teams across major development and construction projects including residential, hospitality and commercial sectors. From retail expansions, to specialist refurbishments, Nicholle ensures governance requirements are in place and due diligence functions carried out to manage delivery and operational risk.
General Manager Brand & Customer
Emily joined Frasers Property in 2014 as Marketing & Sales Manager in Victoria. Prior roles with Devine, Henley and Lendlease have equipped Emily with a rich experience in property marketing and a passion for understanding and enhancing our customers' experience. Emily is the driving force behind Frasers Property's current 'Live proud' national advertising campaign, which celebrates the very human moments at the heart of complex and costly property transactions .
General Counsel
Cvet Trpeski leads the national legal function for Frasers Property Australia. Having acted on several of Australia’s iconic property developments and urban renewal projects for private and public sector clients both in private practice and in-house prior to joining Frasers Property Australia in 2017, Cvet brings over 15 years’ of commercially driven development and property law experience to Frasers Property. Her approach as a legal advisor and as a leader in-house is centred on strategic legal and pragmatic solutions which effectively consider and integrate the company’s business model, objectives and core values. Cvet is a business leader who, with her experienced legal team, support Frasers Property Australia on all aspects of its business including corporate, litigation and trade practices matters.
Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Industrial
Reini is the Chief Executive Officer at Frasers Property Industrial. This newly formed company combines the group’s industrial and logistics operations in Australia and Europe, and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust. Reini joined the Australian operations in 1998 and has held senior leadership positions within the Commercial & Industrial business in Australia for over 15 years. In his previous role with Frasers Property Australia as Executive General Manager of its Commercial & Industrial and Investment Property division, he was responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of all Australian industrial development and investment property operations in Australia. In addition, Reini was a member of the Frasers Property Europe Investment Committee.
Chief Financial Officer, Frasers Property Industrial
Matt is the CFO of Frasers Property Industrial. This newly formed company combines Frasers Property Limited’s industrial and logistics operations in Australia and Europe, and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust. Matt previously served as CFO for Frasers Property Australia. He has worked in Frasers Property’s Australian operations since 2007 when it was listed on the ASX as Australand, and as CFO when Frasers Property acquired Australand in 2014. Before entering the property industry, Matt spent ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Sydney, in audit and transaction services roles.
