We believe in the value of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and we work hard to create an environment in which all of our people can reach their full professional potential.

Frasers Property Australia has over 500 staff, located in New South Wales, Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria and Hong Kong. Our staff are employed in development, planning, design, construction, finance, sales and marketing, property and building management and customer service, and in the many corporate roles which service the businesses operations. We are a diversified property company, with an increasingly diverse workforce.

Diversity and an inclusive, collaborative culture are priorities for us and we are committed to providing an equal opportunity workplace. Our CEO, Anthony Boyd, is a Champion of Change Coalition member and, through involvement with this rigorous program, the company has reviewed its diversity profile and launched several important initiatives with tangible benefits for both our staff and our business performance. These include a new Flexible Work Policy which takes an ‘all roles flex’ approach, generous parental leave provisions and the establishment of a Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

We work hard to embed our values of being collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real into our culture, and workplace diversity plays a big part in this. We run values-based leadership programs for our Executive Management Team and General Managers, staff coaching programs, and we incorporate our values into staff assessments. We strongly support learning and development and our employees invest approximately 8,000 hours each year to learning new skills and attending in-house or external training. Our workshops cover management and leadership skills, safety, the environment and corporate governance.
