At Frasers Property Australia, our legacy of building homes and creating communities stretches all the way back to 1924. And over the course of almost a century, we’ve seen a lot of change, not the least in recent months with the impact of COVID-19 on people’s lives and livelihoods.

Despite this upheaval, our work constructing homes and communities for thousands of families hasn’t skipped a beat. Because if there’s one thing we know, this present turmoil will pass, but the powerful allure of ‘home’ endures.

Across this country, from city to coast, our teams are at work. At Ed.Square in New South Wales, finishing touches are being placed on the first apartments to be completed in the community, with hundreds of excited new homeowners counting down the days until their settlements this July.

In Victoria, more than 100 new homeowners at The Grove have settled on their land lots in recent weeks and will now begin the process of designing and building homes where their families can flourish and thrive for years to come.

Just 17km from Perth’s CBD, work has commenced on East Green, a new community in the suburb of Greenwood that will one day be home to between 80 and 100 families, as well as vast open spaces and recreational facilities that will be enjoyed by the broader community.

And up north, construction is underway on Riverlight North, the eleventh residential project with the Hamilton Reach community at Northshore, the largest waterfront urban renewal project by the Queensland Government.

Each and every day we are privileged to play a part in some of the most significant moments in our customers’ lives. And as we step forward into this new world, whatever that may look like, we do so with a renewed strength of purpose. The HomeBuilder grant has now ended.

The recent announcement of the Federal Government’s new HomeBuilder grant is great news for new home buyers, with eligible purchasers* set to receive a $25,000 grant towards the construction of a new home.

This grant is applied in addition to state-based First Home Owners Grant programs and stamp duty concessions, as well as the Commonwealth’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme and First Home Super Saver Scheme, meaning you could save tens of thousands on your new home.
